Water
or Chemicals?

Have
you noticed that the average American doesn't worry about their
health until they're already sick? We all know that eating healthy
and exercising regularly keeps us healthy, but we still pack our
bodies full of oils, fats, sugars and chemicals. In addition, if the
fridge wasn't so far from the couch we wouldn't get any exercise at
all. With alkaline water daily and a brisk walk, you're one step
closer to better health.
Keeping your blood pH balanced is
very important for our health. Our blood is the body's transport
system. The blood in our body carries nutrients and oxygen to our
tissues and carries waste products away. The blood must circulate
continuously to accomplish these things. With today's average
lifestyle, there's a good chance of becoming over acidic. When our
body gets over-acidic, along with poor diet, it allows plaque and
cholesterol to build up in our arteries. This causes high blood
pressure.
Doctors are quick to prescribe blood pressure
pills. These pills fool your body with chemicals to lower your blood
pressure. They don't address the cause of high blood pressure. If you
don't lower your acid level, the pills may do more harm then good.
Also, you'll have to take them for the rest of your life.
By
drinking alkaline water, you may be able to clean out the plaque and
cholesterol with no chemical side-effects. The amount of time it
takes to do this depends on how long it has been building in the
first place. This process may be slow, but eventually will work.
