The Link Between Caffeine and Sleep and Ionized Water
Researchers at the University of Colorado at Boulder report that caffeine has a physiological impact on sleep. It delays the body’s natural surge to produce the hormone melatonin. This causes your body’s circadian clock to be pushed back.
