You become over acidic if you consume too much of animal protein, sugar in any form, and dairy products.

How to Achieve Body Alkalinity in Six Steps

1) Drink Ionized Water.

Our life depends on water. Drinking alkaline water will provide you with more energy and make you feel much better.  Alkaline water can help your body get rid of the acidic waste. Purified or distilled water does not possess the same ability because it doesn’t have antioxidants. You are more likely to develop some mineral deficiencies if you drink purified water for a long period of time.

Alkaline ionized water is a great source of free electrons that can prevent the oxidation of healthy tissue. Water ionizers split minerals in water into positive ion or negative ion. Positive ion (alkaline) is good for our health. So, alkaline water is a natural solution that can help you avoid illness. Experts agree that it is extremely important to alkalize your body in order to get healthy. Drinking alkaline ionized water is one of the most effective ways to do that. However, there are some other things that you can do to alkalize yourself.

2) Exercise = Alkalinity.

Exercise is alkalizing to your body. Without exercise, acid buildup is likely to occur. Only moderate exercise is effective. Excessive exercise can also cause an acidic problem.

3) Breathe Deeply

The quality of the air you breathe really matters. The environment polluted with dust, smoke, chemicals, microorganisms, pet dander and mold will cause stress to your body and increase acid.

4) Combine Alkaline Food.

Food combining is another way to alkalize your body. If you manage to combine food in the right way, you will reduce the putrefaction in your body.  This means balancing your diet with 80% alkaline foods like fruits and vegetables and 20% acidic foods like meat, oil, and grains.  If you purchase any supplements, you must be sure that they will really help you alkalize and remove acidic waste from your body.  Most don’t do your body any good at all.

An Alkaline diet should also become an integral part of your life. It is necessary to eat both acidic and alkalizing foods in order for there to be balance and synergy in your body.
