Most of you are about to eat a giant Christmas meal. There’ll probably be a ham or beef or turkey. There’ll be drinks. There will be desserts with creams and frosting and lots of sugar. But the day after Christmas you might be thinking about starting a diet, exercising more, and getting healthy.
