If you have problems with your Genesis, call us immediately. Water for Life USA will address your problem directly or if more expedient, Water for Life USA will have a local dealer contact you.

This manual is designed with the intent of helping you get your Genesis up and running quickly so you and your family can begin enjoying and benefiting from the valuable health benefits realized by drinking Alkaline Ionized Water on a daily basis. This manual also discusses the many other uses for the other waters produced by your Genesis.

For example, pH 8.5 to pH 9.5 alkaline water is intended for internal consumption. But your Genesis will produce other alkaline and acidic water(s) that can be used for cooking, personal hygiene, and cleaning. We urge you to get the most out of your investment. Hint – start using pH 10.0 alkaline water to make your coffee and tea. You will be amazed at how great they taste. Use acidic pH 5.5 water to wash your hair and your face. In Asia this water is referred to as beauty water!
