To understand why hydrogen water is important to drink, you first have to understand reactive oxygen species, which are responsible for destroying normal cells inside your body and also distorting your DNA!
Reactive oxygen species refers to unstable oxygen molecules that are inside our cells. The more common term for these is free radicals. These free radicals bounce around our cells and cause damage to them. The concentration of free radicals is called oxidative stress.
