ToggleDid you know that it is possible to prevent your hair from turning gray? Most people assume that gray hair is something that happens to all of us when we get old. But that’s not true. Gray hair is caused by oxidation in oxidation is caused by free radicals. Oxidation is just a fancy word for bleaching. One thing that these healthy hair people have in common is that they are active and the exercise helps to process the toxins out of their body. They also eat diets that are heavy in fruits and vegetables and low on proteins, oils, salts, preservatives, artificial dyes and colors, and anything else that puts a strain on their body.
