I use my EOS water ionizer in many ways throughout the day. In the morning, I make sure to drink two large glasses of alkaline ionized water along with eating my breakfast bar and taking my Protandim. Micro-clustered water improves the absorbency of anything that you are eating or any supplement that you are taking because the water molecules are smaller. They are also more tightly clustered together, which means the water and anything in it will absorb into your cells better.
I also make several glasses of alkaline ionized water for my family of seven so that their morning glass of water is waiting for them as they get up.
While I am making my alkaline ionized water to drink, I collect the acidic ionized water that is the byproduct of making the alkaline ionized water. I then use the acidic water to change out the water in the little dish that I soak my kitchen sponges in. This makes sure that the sponges that I use to clean countertops remain sterile and don’t spread bacteria all over the place.
I also use the acidic ionized water to change out the water in the little cups that my children soak their toothbrushes in. This keeps their toothbrushes clean so they don’t put a brush full of bacteria and viruses in their mouths each night.
Any of remaining acidic ionized water I use to water my little rose bush on my balcony and also to fill a small spray bottle so I can spritz countertops and bathrooms later (if I feel motivated to clean them).
During the day, I might get phone calls from friends or family asking me to bring them some water. Especially if they are sick, or in the hospital, or are recovering from some hospital procedure, I always make sure to bring them jugs of water inside glass or polycarbonate bottles so that they can get all of the beneficial detoxifying and hydrating properties of ionized water. Studies have been done in Japan and Korea that show drinking alkaline ionized water during your recovery time will shorten your recovery time significantly. For this reason, it is given freely in hospitals throughout Asia.
Of course, my goal is for them to all own their own EOS water ionizer, and quite a few of them already do!
When I’m cooking for my large family, ionized water plays a critical role. I’m always boiling chicken or vegetables with super alkaline ionized water to neutralize the fat and reduce the acidity. This brings out the flavor. In the vegetables, the same thing happens. The acidity is reduced and the natural flavors come out more.
If I’m making coffee or tea, I definitely use the strong alkaline water because coffee and tea are naturally acidic. Brewing them with the strong alkaline ionized water will bring their pH at least up to neutral, which makes them much healthier to drink. The micro clustering in the water also makes any thing in the tea that you are drinking absorb better, so if it’s a green tea for example, you will get lots of antioxidants.
If I’m going to the gym, or headed out to a tennis match or a softball game, I also make sure to bring a large bottle of alkaline ionized water. Alkaline ionized water hydrates my body faster than regular water and gives me energy that I can use to beat my opponents!
Drinking a large glass alkaline ionized water before you go to sleep is also a good idea. Your body goes through a natural detoxifying process while you are sleeping, and having all those antioxidants at its disposal will help that process. This will ensure that when you wake up and take your morning pee, the toxins and contaminants from the previous day will come out, which is a great way to start your day.
So whether it’s drinking, cooking, helping out friends, watering my plants, playing sports, or sterilizing my kitchen or bathroom, my EOS water ionizer plays a role in just about everything I do throughout the day.
