Good news! I just heard a commercial on the radio for Essentia ionized water that is now sold at Safeway. That means that a major bottled water company is now understanding the importance of ions in water. In fact, they call it “ion water” and their slogan is to “get your ions on.”
Essentia is, of course, very expensive to buy. It costs you as much as two dollars a liter. Essentia unfortunately still uses a soft plastic bottle, which can leach BPA and BPB into the water. For this reason, it’s best to avoid any soft plastics.
