This helps us to feel fuller longer and reduces the amount we eat each day. They are also high in nutrients that boost our energy levels, encouraging us to burn more calories.

Nuts are also a good choice because they contain fiber, protein and heart-healthy fats. They should be eaten in moderation but, as a snack, they can make us feel full and are also nutritious.

Berries are good to eat because they are high in fiber and they are full of antioxidants. The antioxidants will help keep our cells healthy and our body working to peak efficiency.

If you eat meat, you should look for lean white meat such as turkey, pork, and chicken breast. Fish is also a good choice. You should avoid processed foods like ground hamburger because they are mixed with animal fat, which is VERY unhealthy. Animal fat clogs our veins and muscles and blocks the transfer of sugar, which can lead to diabetes.
